Drawing from her experience at Cleveland Clinic and in scaling early-stage ventures, she leads operational strategy, infrastructure development, and client delivery across a wide range of healthcare initiatives. Fatima is especially skilled at bridging the gap between clinical workflows and scalable systems, helping clients modernize their operations while staying grounded in compliance and care quality. Her work at Camino focuses on building repeatable processes, guiding strategic initiatives, and ensuring that innovation translates into real-world results. She currently focuses on operational compliance practices with several start-up companies, including Magellan.
