Having worked on the regulatory side and inside fast-moving digital health companies, Phoebe translates dense state and federal requirements into clear, sequenced decisions founders can act on. She leads Camino engagements from the earliest structure conversations through launch and ongoing compliance, and has supported startups, private practices, and physician-owned groups in all 50 states.

Annie Latta supports healthcare organizations through the practical work required to launch, grow, and connect with the people they serve. Leo Damasco, MD is a dual board-certified physician in emergency medicine and pediatrics, a digital health consultant, and a telemedicine executive. He has led clinical operations for virtual care organizations and brings frontline acute-care judgment together with the executive experience of scaling telehealth programs.
